This windshield removes in seconds for increased airflow thru the cab or trailering. It goes back on just as easily. The windshield is made of rugged 1/4″ scratch resistant acrylite glass. It won’t rattle or bow. The frame is constructed of sturdy Aluminum Diamondplate Panel using all stainless steel hardware and self locking nuts. The Aluminum is then sandblasted and then Powdercoated Matte Black, Matte Dark Green, Gloss Black or Bright Silver.
The lower aluminum panel is ready to accept the FTDCabs front rack and is cut to follow the Rangers hood contour. Both the top and bottom of windshield has an aluminum stiffener built in to prevent it from bowing.
This Polaris Ranger windshield can be removed in seconds without the need for any tools or loosening any other items.

Designed to be used with EMP Cab Enclsoure. Made from professional grade marine fabric made of 100% polyester with stay true long lasting colors and with a stabilized fit of less than 1% stretch or shrinkage. The marine fabric is water repellent, tear resistant, puncture resistant, mildew and UV resistant. The windows are made of durable Aqua-View Smoked Vinyl allowing for an uninhibited view and total clarity. The doors open and close using YKK zippers and are attached to the strongest cord and tape made. The YKK zippers offer crosswise strength that's unmatched in the industry. Sewn with marine sewing thread made from selected high tenacity, heat resistant, continuous multifilament polyester yarns. Along with the highest quality materials, doors are hand measured and handcrafted to ensure a precise fit. The cabs doors roll way to allow for an open cab.
Installs the your roll cage using 2" wide Velcro. The windshield may have to be removed to install.
Will not fit the 2009 Ranger 6x6.

The windshield features laminated safety glass, the same as autos. This windshield will not scratch. The 16 ga. steel frame is powder coated with a texture black. All the edges are hemmed back on themselves making smooth strong sides. It attached to your roll cage with quick connect windshield clamps so you can easily remove it. Simply, remove the six thumbscrews. It includes a hand operated single windshield wiper.
The hard top features 16 ga. steel construction. The corners are welded and ground smooth giving it a very clean look. All the edges are folded back on themselves twice making a 1/8" thick angle around all four sides. This makes the top very durable when rubbing against trees etc. The battery operated LED dome light will run up to 100 hours. It attaches with our quick connect clamps.
The cab back is made from 16 ga. steel and powder coated to match. The edges are folded and hemmed to make strong smooth sides. The rear window is made from scratch resistant polycarbonate.

The roof is 1/8th inch diamondplate aluminum as are the panels for the front and rear window. The front windshield is 1/4 inch hardened acrylic and removes in seconds for either more airflow or for trailering. The rear window is a durable marine grade vinyl that simply unsnaps, rolls up and can be tied off.
All in all the is one tough system that is currently being used by our military throughout the world.
It's light, functional and simple.
