This windshield is made from 3/16 inch thick scratch resistant polycarbonate. Others are made from in-expensive Acrylic that will scratch much easier than ours. Half windshields are a good alternative to a full windshield in muddy and dusty conditions when a full windshield would become dirty obstructing the drivers view. Quick connect clamps allow you to easily remove your windshield without any tools. Your windshield can easily be stored behind your seats.

This Lexan Margard sheet has maximum toughness, with mar resistance approaching that of glass, and significantly improved resistance to weathering. It has excellent clarity and durability. It will withstand -40deg F to 270 deg F. Has a silicone hardcoat surface and is UV resistant. LEXAN MR10 sheet is mar resistant. This is a great windshield for the RZR. The glass is laminated safety glass the same used in many automotive windshields. The powder coated metal frame is made from 14 ga steel and the side edges are not only bent, they are hemmed over to make a smooth edge to the touch. The windshield wiper is hand operated from either the driver's or passenger's seat. It will fit with the factory top pictured and many other aftermarket tops. The louvers along the bottom let just enough airflow to help prevent a vacuum while keeping the wind off of you. Also, as with most EMP windshields it comes with our "Quick Connect Windshield Clamps" so removing your windshield is as simple as removing six thumbscrews.

We use heavy duty 1/4 inch polycarbonate glass (poly) for durability and rigidity. The lower aluminum panel is cut to follow the RZR’s hood contour. Both the top and bottom of windshield has an aluminum stiffener built in to prevent it from bowing.
The RZR’s windshield can be removed in seconds without the need for any tools or loosening any other items such as the roof.
